Intervision

In an intervision, also know as a Community of Practice, we discuss non-technical topics together, share people & context hurdles, micro learn from peers who are facing the same challenges & share best practices.

Intervisions can be seen as interactive learning labs on topics like people, leadership & change. They are facilitated to expand perspectives and boost skills. They are great for small groups of PO’s, Scrum Masters, Agile coaches, project- and teamleaders, people leads,…

An intervision peer-to-peer, focusing on human-centered topics, offers numerous benefits. It encourages knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and collaborative problem-solving. It facilitates networking, diverse insights, and peer support. They also provide access to experts, enhance leadership skills, and align leaders with organizational goals. In an intervision I promote awareness of human-centered principles, preserve knowledge, foster innovation, and contribution to improved customer satisfaction and organizational success.

Do you want to set up a Community of Practice inhouse? I’m happy to facilitate the start-up of a new group in your organization and install the guiding principles for some great knowledge sharing experience. Aim for 6-8 facilitated sessions per year. Afterwards the group is ready to lead a CoP themselves.
