We tackle real time challenges together… by building them! Learn the drivers for successful change, co-create solutions and make a smoother transition. Hi, I’m Sofie! I have a background in Business and HR Management and +15 years of experience in Learning & Development, focusing on leadership and change. I am officially licensed as Senior Advisor in Innovative Labour Organizations (specializing in organizational design & development, change management) by Antwerp Management School.
I especially enjoy playing with leaders and organizations that have a purpose-driven mission to create social impact.
