Values & leading principles

  1. Mutual engagement: I believe in genuine mutual engagement when initiating a collaboration, consciously choosing each other based on shared values, a true connection from the start and the believe we can make a difference together by joining forces.
  2. Artful Participation: I engage in a thoughtful, creative, and meaningful way. It involves not only actively and creatively engaging in a collaboration but also being mindful of communication and interactions with others. I consciously pause to assess whether my specific actions contribute.
  3. Radical Candor: I value radical candor in our interactions. Honest and constructive feedback both ways is central to our growth and improvement as individuals and as an organization. I try to be bold and courageous. I approach challenges fearlessly, embrace change and innovation with confidence but also show my uncertainties and anxieties as part of the process. No facade.
  4. Adding Value: Adding value is my commitment. In all my endeavors, I aim to contribute positively, whether through mentoring, coaching, advisory or any other initiative, to create lasting impact. I also consider it important to be able to align with other partners in transformations to add extra value to it.
  5. Continuous Adaptation: I emphasize regular touchpoints and the flexibility to adjust my approach as needed. Especially in complex contexts. These touchpoints ensure that we remain aligned with our goals and responsive to evolving needs. I guide progress by the principle “good enough for now, safe enough to try”.
  6. Health Awareness and Self-Care Commitment: I lead by example and highlight the importance of being aware and actively committing to self-care. I emphasize its significance within the organization and in every interaction I have.

These integrated principles and values guide my approach to mentoring, coaching, advisory and all my initiatives. They help me create a positive, human-centered, and impactful journey for individuals, teams, and organizations.

I acknowledge that this is an ongoing process. If you have any contributions, please feel free to share them with me!
